In the weeds

Yesterday I sat in the driveway pulling weeds, grasses, reclaiming the gravel.

Out with what doesn't work in with what does.

As I feel the soil, pull out unwanted weeds, I know HP is right there, all around, guiding my thoughts, loving me.

And I'm aware of the life that will continue with or without the weeds in the driveway, as will my life even if I choose not to remove what doesn't work.

All is right in the natural world.

And I give thanks, for breathing the air that sustains the creatures that do their work without a care in the world.
